Are WHIFF CULTURE products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All our products are 100% cruelty-free and we never test our formulations on animals.
What is your return policy for perfumes?
We offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed or removed from their original cellophane wrap.
How should I store my fragrances to maintain quality?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom drawer or shelf.

Can I get a sample before committing to a full bottle?
